I’d be down with Ultimo. A big robot to fight, that would be awesome and almost like Iron Man versus a Transformer, which is really what I’d like to see… :)
I would love to see a combination of both Tony’s fight with his alcoholism (which could lead Rhodie to become the War Machine) and real drag out battle with the Mandarian (he was set up with the Five Rings in Iron Man 1 and is there a better bad guy in Iron Man’s history. The Mandarian is smart, strong and super powered.)
I would like to see Titanium Man in Iron Man 2.
I have to go with the Mandarin; he’s just wicked cool, and seeing him use the 10 Rings would be sweet. As far as him being saved for the third film, well… I don’t wanna have to wait that long.
Madame Masque. I’d like to see a sexy, deadly villain causing a split between Tony and Pepper.
I’m not too hip on the Mandarin, but I’d really like so see him cut loose on the screen.
Other than him, the Crimson Dynamo would be cool to see fist fighting with Iron Man.
Definitely Mandarin with alcoholism and Justin Hammer mixed in would be a cool combo villain,

Crimson Dynamo. A character I know very little about, but intrigues me the most.
The Guardsmen would be a cool story… but, as the story mentions, I think it would mess up plans to introduce War Machine into the mix.
A re-worked Justin Hammer seems the way to go. Maybe going with him supplying high tech weapons to gangs, creating a problem in the streets that would garner the attention of Iron Man.
Oh, and the Demon in the Bottle, too!
A Mandarin/Extremis virus combination does sound appealing!
Crimson Dynamo would be neat to see.
The Mandarin. Actually any of them would be great to see next.
The Ghost is kind of cool - neat to be invisible.
i’d love to see Ultimo in it, but I think we might end up seeing Madame Masque just because she’s a marketable babe.
I would love to see the Ghost in Iron Man 2 because of the industrial espionage angle he could give to the movie, as well as cool weaponry and costume that could be visualized for the film medium.
