This looks really good, but I wonder how well it will do. Personally, I know I would rather have a game where I could play as Green Lantern, Superman and the other DC Heroes, rather than create a new, generic looking character.
That’s the thing that struck me most about the video. The one or two original characters that were shown looked amazingly plain. No one will want to play a visually unappealing character.
They’ve got to look as cool as the classic DC Heroes. The player has to have freedom in creating their costume and accessories. That will be the make or break factor for this game.
